We had to sell our Wayzata home because of job relocation to Portland, because we had used Dave as our Realtor when we bought the home in 2006 and were so pleased with him we decided to use him as our listing agent when we sold. We wanted to live on a lake and were exploring all the lakes, east and west. After ruling out many locations, we decided Lake Minnetonka was the right lake for us.
