A life-long resident of the Lake Minnetonka area, Dave began his real estate career in 1996 with the Coldwell Banker Realty/Zinn group. After 13 years as team manager, in 2009 Dave stepped out on his own.

Dave and his wife Michelle have two daughters, Ellie and Kate. The family enjoys boating on Lake Minnetonka, snowmobiling, going to local community events, and attempting to train their new puppy, Lucy.
