Dave Gilmore, of Coldwell Banker Burnet is a very knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional. He spent many hours preparing, staging and upgrading out home for sale in a difficult market. Many of his efforts were carried out while Donna and I were absent in Florida. He did an excellent job in negotiating the final sale price of our townhouse, which sold, only because my wife is handicapped and had a great difficulty climbing the three flights of stairs. In addition to taking care of all the details of the sale, he guided us through a very smooth closing. When we are ready to buy a new home, I will indeed ask Dave to be our representing agent.
