We had to sell our Wayzata home because of job relocation to Portland, because we had used Dave as our Realtor when we bought the home in 2006 and were so pleased with him we decided to use him as our listing agent when we sold. Working with the corporate relocation office required some extra paperwork and steps, but Dave handled it all with no problems. As we were sometimes in Portland when the house was on the market we often had to call on Dave to do a few extra things for us (chase down copies of association documents, check on the house after showings to make sure lights were off and door closed).
